Greenwood Lake Animal Hospital is seeking to hire a passionate, experienced full time receptionist. Candidate must be able to multitask.
Other qualities include being friendly, courteous, have attention to detail and be a team player. Responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting clients; answering phones, data entry, and assisting doctors and technicians.
Candidates must feel comfortable interacting with clients and enjoy working with animals. DVMax software knowledge is a plus and experience working in a veterinary hospital is a must.

We work a high ratio of technicians to doctors allowing the technicians to advance in their areas of interest and expertise.

Technician Assistants are responsible for cleaning surgical suites including surgical instruments and equipment.
Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 4:00PM to 7:00PM.
Assistants run laundry, empty garbage cans and maintain the overall cleanliness of the hospital wards and treatment areas.
